MEMBANGUN PERTAUTAN ZAKAT PRODUKTIF (USAHA MIKRO) BERBASIS PERUBAHAN NILAI MELALUI PENINGKATAN KARAKTERISTIK KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN PRILAKU INDIVIDU

Abstract

This phenomenon Baznas institutions deliver an understanding of the Muslims
especially the muzaaki and mustahiq, the institutional strengthening of the
productive economy in Islam. With the existence of this institution is an attempt to
build a productive economic empowerment is based on Islamic law gradually with
a view to overcoming the weaknesses mustahiq capital in the economy and welfare.
The success Baznas institutions in channeling zakat funds to mustahiq is
strengthening capital for micro enterprises which develops and evolves towards an
increase in income, it means uniting keterpautan leadership, goal setting,
motivation and behavior show the relationship is mutually beneficial in improving
the livelihoods of mustahiq.
The purpose of this study was made to analyze and determine the variable character
of leadership affect the variable increase in zakat productive linkage value (value
engagement), the variable character of leadership affect the variable behavior of
the individual, variable goal setting influence the variables increase in zakat
productive linkage value (value engagement) , goal setting variables influence the
behavior of individual variables and variable increase in productive business zakat
linkage value (value engagement) affect the behavior of individual variables
The benefits derived from the research is the scientific development in the field of
the management, as a result of scientific studies which can be used in the
improvement of the productive economy, increasing muzakki-new muzaki of
mustahiq who develop a productive economy, as the study to improve the economic
welfare of the people of West Sumatra.
Population and Sample and data collection conducted in this study across the BAZ
County/City Prov.Sumatera West, sampling using quota sampling technique where
the sampling is more directed to the urban poor that is the city of Padang, Padang
Panjang, Kota Pariman , Bukittinggi, Payakumbuh, Solok, Sawahlunto, while for
sampling for the rural poor is more focused on Padang Pariaman district, District
50 City, County Pesisie South and Pasaman District, the number of samples in the
