Abstract


The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of organizational
culture, leadership style, organizational commitment towards applications good
governance with the implication in KPPN.
This research use simple random sampling method and data that used in
this research primary data of questionnaire. Population of the current research is
134 Satkers. Meanwhile the sample is 160 persons that consist of 100 satker.
Analysis technique that used in this research path analysis by using ' PASW's
Statistics 18 software (SPSS Incs).
The result indicates that strong connection between organization culture,
Leadership style, Organization commitment and internal control. Organization
culture, Leadership Style, Organization commitment and positive and significant
effects of internal control towards applications good governance. Organization
culture, Positive and significant effects organization commitment towards
performance, While Leadership style and internal control not positivec effects
towards performance. Organization culture, Leadership style, Organization
commitment, Internal control and applications good governance positive effects
simultaneous and significant towards performance. Organization culture,
Leadership Style, Organization commitment and has indirect effect towards
performance passes applications good governance.
Research empirical finding that KPPN Tegal in general pay attention
various factor that effect applications of good governance and KPPN's
performance has been evaluated good , KPPN Tegal always be concerned
improvement of performance. KPPN Tegal necessary applying Balance
Scorecard system as measurement performance system to maximization the result.
